How do I reset my password?
Open the app → Profile → Settings → “Reset Password”. Follow the email instructions.
Can I use Hidro offline?
You can draft posts offline. They will sync when you reconnect.
How to recover my account?
Use the “Forgot password” flow. If you can’t access your email, contact support.
How do I delete my data?
Email privacy@hidro.asia with the subject “Request to delete my data”.
Troubleshooting
- App won’t open → Force close the app, update to the latest version, restart device.
- Map not loading → Check internet/GPS. Toggle Location permission Off → On.
- Can’t upload photos → Allow Photos/Files permission in Settings, free up storage.
- Login issues → Use “Forgot password”, verify email inbox/spam.
